The average time from initial contact to close can range from 30 to 90 days. Instead of using an automated system to evaluate your brand (like some others!), we work with you personally, to understand the specific nuances of your brand, your outcome preferences, and your long-term vision.

We are global operators, but prefer brands with strong US, Canadian, European or Oceanic (Australia, New Zealand, etc.) presences.
Our global supply chain and fulfillment capabilities allow for seamless integration throughout these locations, and we have deep consumer expertise across these markets.

We respect brand creators and believe they should be fairly compensated for the hard work they’ve put into building their home and family business. Cedar Brands doesn’t run your data through a black-box algorithm that returns an arbitrary offer amount like the big aggregators do. Instead, we work hard to understand the nuances of your business, both the tangible and intangible aspects that make your brand unique.
We pride ourselves on agreeing to an offer in the Letter of Intent (LOI) without trying to adjust the commercial terms after due diligence. When you work with Cedar Brands, you can expect to minimize the disappointments and frustrations of renegotiations that notoriously take place at the end of a deal with the other ecommerce buyers.
